An academy of coaching that caters for all ages (3 - 12 yrs) from the total beginner to the more advanced player. Each session covers a general warm up... a chosen topic/technique... followed by structured matchplay. The emphasis, as it should be, is on progressive learning of vital skills & techniques as well as having FUN!!!

Pre-school 3 - 5yrs
Includes a fun warm up learning the basic football skills, fitness games, fun games and small matchplay.
(Tuesday & Friday 1.30pm - 2.30pm) Age: 3-4 yrs

5 - 8yrs
The session will be split into 2-3 groups, beginners to advanced. Warm-up, learning footwork, balance, speed, agility and sharp passing games. Skills games, shooting drills, goalkeeping and matchplay. Every six weeks big circuit trainer.

8 - 12yrs
Cover a warm-up, footwork, speed drills, shooting drills, heading, chesting, passing , games and matchplay.
