What Is Bootcamp?


Outdoor sessions using proven techniques and drills
created by some of the world’s top coaches and fitness
professionals.

What do the sessions involve?

Team games, boxing drills, old school exercises all
presented in an effective and enjoyable way based
on our Tennis Courts.

Why pay if you’re already a Gold Member?

The Bootcamp sessions are limited to small groups
with two coaches, offering each participant additional
attention,  technique correction and motivation.  This
allows each and every Bootcamp to become a group
personal training session at a fraction of the cost.
 
How many times a week?

For guaranteed results, twice a week is recommended as part of your fitness routine.

Starts W/C 23 August 2010

Fees:   
Gold Members        £3.00   
Bronze Members    £4.00
Non Members         £5.50

• Maximum 20 spaces per session
• Tuesday & Thursday - Bookable from 10.00am   
• Saturday - Simply turn up
• £2.00 non-attendance fee applicable
