Jo’s Hatha Yoga - Yoga is the bringing together of breath, mind and body. The practice of breathing with various techniques builds strength in the lungs, the breath itself and the immune system, while creating a knock on effect on other levels such as clarity of mind, renewed energy and general well being.
Sue’s Kettlebells - A superb cardio, core and resistance workout all at the same time. Excellent for toning ... leading to a leaner look due to a loss of body fat.

Aqua Zumba - This is the aqua fitness programme everyone has been waiting for! This workout will teach you how to integrate the ‘Zumba’ moves into aquatic fitness disciplines to create a challenging fun and invigorating aqua workout! Anyone who wants to get a complete workout in half the time, by working in the water it will work on aerobic endurance, muscular resistance, flexibility and joint mobility all at the same time.
Zumba Class - Come and improve those Saturday night dancing moves with this high impact aerobic workout.

Claire, Kelly L & Mandy’s Classes • ZUMBA - is a Latin-inspired, dance- fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! This class format combines fast and slow rhymes that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Mandy’s Aqua Zumba - Jump into this amazing, latin-inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party in the Pool. A fantastic workout for all, using motivational zumba music, it gives a total body workout, against the resistance of the water with no impact issues for joints. If you are looking for something different, then this is for you. Members and Non-members alike are invited to enjoy this fun filled class
